Venue Coordinator Responsibilities

The venue

Involvement:

  • Gives venue tour
  • Focuses on what the venue provides

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with anything related to the use of the venue (chairs, tables, etc)
  • May collect insurances
  • Enforces venue rules
  • Answers questions regarding the venue

Goal:
To make sure the venue’s responsibilities are handled
