Weddings are beautiful, stressful, and full of surprises (and not always the fun kind). We’ve seen it all, so here’s a little wisdom your planner wants you to know: what’s realistic, what’s essential, and what can wait!

1. Be realistic about budget 💵

We don’t care what your budget is! What gets tricky is when things are wanted that aren’t in budget, we have to be honest about what’s realistic, there’s always ways to get a similar look! Prioritizing the elements that matter most to you, being flexible with others, and planning ahead can make your wedding feel just as dreamy while staying within budget!

2. Please don’t text or call on a weekend! 📞

We work weekends and if we aren’t, we’re enjoying one of our precious weekends off! If the weekends are when you have time to look at planning details, send an email so we don’t miss it, and we’ll get back to you when we’re back in office!

3. Trust our vendor recommendations ✅

If a vendor price is too good to be true, it probably is. We’ve worked with so many vendors and we recommend certain ones because we know they’ll deliver! Trusting our recommendations means you’re choosing vendors who are reliable, professional, and aligned with the vision for your day!

4. We are always two steps ahead 👠

You hired us for a reason, so take a deep breath and trust that we’ve got this! From tiny details you don’t even think about to the unexpected curveballs, we’re already handling it behind the scenes. Your job is to soak in every moment of your day—and ours is to make sure it all comes together flawlessly, without you ever having to stress about a thing!

5. Your happiness is the priority! ☺️

No matter how many details, timelines, or last-minute hiccups pop up, everything we do is centered around making your day joyful and stress-free! We’re here to keep things running smoothly, offer solutions when challenges arise, and make sure you get to soak in every moment. At the end of the day, it’s about creating memories that leave you smiling—and that’s what truly matters!
